Safety is our primary concern! Bounce Bounce Party Rentals LLC. reserves the right to refuse setup and early removal at any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment and/or event attendees.

Deposits and Payments
For rental orders a minimum half the total cost of the order is required for a deposit if not the whole amount. Unless otherwise agreed, deposit payment is due when the reservation is placed. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. For all rentals requesting set-up of equipment, payment in full for each rental is due prior to set up.
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Business Checks with prior approval. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellations made for any reason will result in the issuance of a "Rain Check" equal to payments received valid for a period of up to one year from the cancellation date. The "Rain Check" must be requested BEFORE we set up otherwise the sale is final.
Bounce Bounce Party Rentals LLC is insured for our joint protection. Please feel free to ask for a copy of our Certificate of Insurance if required by your Institution's policies. Requests for additional insured or other provisions must be placed at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to rental period and may result in additional charges.
An E-signature from an adult with a valid state issued identification will be required on our Equipment Rental Agreement, Release & Assumption of Risk. In addition, the responsible adult will also be asked to review safety instructions and document they have done so.
Bounce Bounce Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by the reasonable requirements for proper set-up and removal of rides and equipment. Renters are recommended to identify and communicate potential complications associated with the delivery, set-up and securing of rides and equipment including underground utilities and irrigation systems.
For the safety of equipment and personnel, Bounce Bounce Party Rentals LLC may not setup equipment due to weather or site conditions which jeopardize safe operation of the rides and/or equipment. If possible, Bounce Bounce Party Rentals LLC. recommends that you reserve a suitable alternate indoor location for your event such as a church, gym or community center.
Post setup of any equipment, no refunds/rainchecks will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions.
(DISCLAIMER) Although we endeavor to get every rental to your event before time because of Atlanta (and surrounding counties) traffic (accidents, roadwork, inclement weather etc) we CANNOT guarantee delivery times.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Equipment Operating Instructions
Bounce Bounce Party Rentals primary objective is to provide selection and value, without sacrificing safety, cleanliness and FUN. Please review the information provided below for the safe operation of all rental equipment and to ensure you provide a safe, yet enjoyable, environment for all your guests. Included below are links to written instructions to aid you in the proper operation of the equipment.
Inflatable Unit Operation and Safety.
While in use, ALL inflatable units require proper adult supervision.
Always separate children by age groups, if possible. This may be accomplished by forming separate lines and setting time periods for different groups. An attendant should stand at the entrance of the unit and watch the children. He or She should assist smaller children, in and out of the unit. Never exceed the capacity of the unit.
The maximum number of participants (unit capacity), based on groups of children separated by age are:

No one should enter an air-inflated unit wearing shoes, jewelry, watches, glasses, or possessing any sharp objects, including anything in the their pockets or attached to clothing.
Absolutely NO Food, drink, gum or silly string inside the bounce house.
Silly String WILL Permanently Damage the Bounce House and you will be responsible for damages as outlined in your rental agreement.
Do not allow climbing on Unit or netting of equipment by persons inside or outside of the Bounce House.
Do not jump on inflatable step area of Unit.
Unless you’re renting a slide specifically for wet use, water is prohibited inside all units.
No one should engage in horseplay, rough or aggressive behavior, flips, stunts, wrestling or any other behavior that could lead to physical injury.
No one should touch or move the blower assembly, untie the air hoses or disconnect the electricity after the air inflated bounce unit is up and in use.
If wind gusts exceed 25 miles per hour or it starts to rain, immediately STOP the children from bouncing and have them exit the Unit. Turn the blower motor off after the children exit and wait for the weather to subside. Turn the blower back on and dry it off with towels if it is wet.
Blowers run continuously when unit is in use. Be certain that all release vents are kept tied in the closed position during operation. If air pressure seems low, determine if the air supply chute (from blower to unit) is straight, without bends, and securely tied around the neck of the blower.
If the blower stops, remove children from the unit, determine if the cord is plugged in, then, if necessary, check the electrical panel box for a tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse.
Inflatable Unit must be anchored to the ground at all times with rope tied to stakes or sandbags and should never be untied.
